Dewey v. Seattle School District No. 1 (King County No.
93-2-18677-9) -- $343,000 judgment entered upon six-day
discrimination trial. No appeal.

Bohon v. Arco (King County No. 86-2-18134-2) -- Trial
testimony prompted Court of Appeals to instruct the trial judge
to enter judgment determining the defendant committed
disability discrimination. (On retrial of damage amount,
the claim settled, amount under seal).

Hahn v. Yale (Court of Appeals Docket No. 37839-2-I) --
Court of Appeals reversed in part with instructions to enter
Rule 68 judgement for the plaintiff and for the defendant to
pay plaintiff's legal fees.
